We offer FREE standard shipping to the US and Canada.

Faraway Vintage displays are created in and shipped from British Columbia, Canada.

USA buyers will not be charged import duties or taxes per the TFTE Act of 2015. Americans are permitted to import up to $800 USD worth of goods per day, free of duties and taxes.

Canadian buyers will be charged GST and PST where applicable, or HST where applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We use Canada Post to ship internationally.

International Customs and Taxes (VAT)

We do not collect international customs or sales tax (VAT) up front. Your purchase price reflects the product and shipping cost only.

As the purchaser you will be responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by your country on the import of your Faraway Vintage display.

If you refuse customs/tax/VAT charges, your Faraway Vintage display will be returned to us and we will not reship. Assuming the display is not damaged, we will refund your purchase minus shipping charges.

Do you require signatures on shipments?

Yes, we require signatures on all deliveries. Our displays ship in a medium-sized box and given the limited availability of our displays, we want to be sure it arrives. If you will not be home to receive your display, we recommend selecting an alternate delivery location where someone will be available to sign for the package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major forms of payment, including BitPay. We do not accept PayPal.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

General Returns and Exchanges
Each Faraway Vintage display is a limited edition collectible, and all displays are sold as-is. There are no exchanges available. However, if you are unhappy with your Faraway Vintage display we can offer you a refund if you return your display within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact us prior to making a return.

Shipping Refunds
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you’re returning a display that was shipped to you with free shipping, please note the shipping costs we incurred delivering the display to you will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Insurance
Every package we send is insured against loss and/or theft. If your package does not arrive, please contact us immediately and we will investigate. We will issue a refund after the investigation is complete, which depending on the destination, could take several weeks.
